On the occasion of the anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam People’s Army Day (22 December 1944 – 22 December 2025), Pacific College recently organized a field trip and experiential learning activities for Primary students at Regiment 932, Can Tho City.
The activity aimed to enhance students’ understanding of, emotional connection with, and gratitude toward soldiers of the Vietnam People’s Army. Through direct observation and exploration of the soldiers’ daily living and training environment, students were educated about a sense of responsibility, discipline, and the admirable qualities embodied by members of the armed forces.
During the visit, students participated in a wide range of engaging activities, including touring the military unit, interacting with soldiers, joining interactive games, and practicing English communication in an authentic experiential setting. These activities helped students become more confident and proactive in communication, while also enhancing their spirit of cooperation and teamwork.
Through this experiential program, Pacific College aims to contribute to nurturing students’ love for their homeland and country, fostering national pride, and instilling positive life values from the Primary level.
