Following the completion of the first-semester examinations, Pacific College organized a series of recreational and experiential English learning activities themed around Christmas. These activities aimed to help students relax, relieve academic pressure, and restore positive energy.Beyond serving as a meaningful period of rest, the program also provided students with valuable opportunities to achieve emotional balance and prepare themselves for the next stage of their learning journey.
Through traditional folk games, theme-based English games, and recreational visits and activities, students were able to apply English naturally in real-life contexts. The “learning through play and playing through learning” approach contributed to enhancing students’ learning motivation while fostering self-confidence, communication skills, cooperation, and teamwork.
The experiential activities also carried comprehensive educational significance. They helped strengthen students’ sense of unity and belonging, foster essential life skills, and create meaningful and lasting memories within the school environment. The school believes that these experiences will serve as valuable foundations, nurturing students’ enjoyment of learning and supporting their balanced and holistic development.
